Overview

This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings.

• Attend court proceedings and comply with related regulations as required.

• Must-haves: J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in GA. A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Exemplary oral and written communication skills. Outstanding time management skills.
• Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.

  0-3 years’ experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations.
