Senior Legal Account Executive | Connecting Legal Teams with Top Talent & Managed Review Support
Position Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a national law firm to hire an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney for a fully remote contract role. The attorney will handle advisory work, draft and update employment policies and agreements, and prepare written research responses with minimal direction. This role requires someone who is comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing assignments independently. Candidates must be licensed and located in Washington.
Additional California experience may increase weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a range of labor and employment matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare written responses
- Draft and update employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies
- Work independently and manage assignments with minimal oversight
- Communicate directly with clients as needed
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and located in Washington
- 7+ years of labor and employment experience
- Strong advisory and counseling background
- Experience drafting and revising L&E policies, agreements, and handbooks
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Writing sample required (memo or similar with legal analysis; no pleadings)
- Bonus:
California labor and employment experience - Pay Rate: $90–$100/hr
- Hours:
20–25 hrs./week with WA-only experience; up to 35–40 hrs./week with CA experience - Duration: 6‑month assignment with potential extension or conversion
