LITIGATION ATTORNEY - TEXAS - REMOTE POSITION
Our client is seeking a Texas-licensed Litigation Attorney to handle real estate, title, mortgage, foreclosure, and creditor’s rights matters in their Plano, Texas office. This role is primarily remote, with in-person Texas hearings as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in litigation and pre-litigation cases from inception to resolution. Draft/argue pleadings and motions, handle discovery.
Communicate directly with clients and supervising partners.
Candidates must be self-motivated and have excellent written and oral advocacy skills and experience with civil litigation. Knowledge of foreclosure/real estate/creditor's rights is a plus.
