- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Manage and guide the legal team in the review of projects and contracts
- Oversee the review and negotiation of projects and contracts
- Advise on corporate and commercial laws and regulations
- Assist with due diligence and other related matters
- Perform legal research and analysis
- Provide guidance and support to the business on legal matters
- Law degree from a recognised university
- 3+ years of legal experience, ideally gained from a reputable law firm or in-house team
- Expertise in corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, and financial transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 USD, tax‑free
