What We Offer:We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits program. Job Duties:Work fully remote! or hybrid if you prefer (we have offices throughout NY, NJ, and PA).
Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ.
We Are Currently Seeking:- Auto Bodily Injury Litigation
- General Liability
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- Attend in-person and virtual court appearances
- Recent experience with automotive bodily injury or general liability cases
