Associate Attorney – 100% Remote in AZ or UT / Civil Litigation
Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year

Our law firm is seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Associate Attorney to join our team on a full‑time, 100% remote basis. The candidate will provide high‑quality legal services to our clients in a fast‑paced environment while growing professionally.
Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation and insurance litigation.
- Handle and litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
- Stay informed about current legislation and regulations that may affect our clients.
- Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain legal options, provide advice, and answer questions about their case.
- Construction defect cases may be assigned depending on the candidate’s experience and interest.
- Must be barred in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico and does not need to live in that state.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney.
- Proven experience in legal advice, legal assistance, depositions, and commercial litigation.
- Experience handling and litigating complex bodily/personal injury, insurance defense, and wrongful death cases.
- Familiarity with construction defect cases is a plus, but not required.
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
