You work well in a team, supporting lawyers, colleagues, and clients. You’re always looking to improve processes and expand your knowledge.

• Law Clerk diploma or equivalent certification.
• A member (or eligibility for membership) of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) is a plus.

• 1 year of experience in real estate law, handling residential and/or commercial transactions.
• Proficiency with Teraview, Unity, and other real estate software.
• Strong understanding of title searches, document preparation, and closing processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Our compensation package reflects the value of your expertise and contributions.

Salary Range: CAD $55,000 to $75,000 (final offer based on experience and skillset).
