Immigration Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact (phone, email, in-person).
• Prepare and file immigration forms and legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Manage case files, calendars, and client communications.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
• Maintain practice and client confidentiality.

• 2+ years of direct immigration legal assistant experience.
• Full professional fluency in English, and Spanish.
• Strong working knowledge of immigration forms and procedures (Family Petitions, Marriage AOS, K-visas, Consular Processing, Employment-Based, Family-Based Waivers, VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, and etc.)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and self-management skills.
• Familiarity with case management software.
• Working proficiency with MS Office.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
