The salary range is capped at CHF 120'000 per annum.

• Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
• Establishing companies for clients
• Preparing and submitting licensing applications
• Acting as AML Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions in the area of compliance
• Evaluate and implementing Reg Tech software for clients
• Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training
• Coordinating with supervisory authorities
• Co-developing Jay Bee and contributing ideas for our shared success

• University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage
• Relevant professional experience (2+ years)
• Very strong understanding of compliance software (Reg Tech)
• Very strong understanding of AI technology and its opportunities
  
  Knowledge of financial market regulation (in particular anti-money laundering)
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
• Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• In-depth expertise in crypto and fintech
• Consulting experience or experience in a law firm
• Start-up experience
