Un cabinet d'avocats majeur basé à Montréal recherche un(e) parajuriste pour fournir un soutien juridique et administratif essentiel dans la gestion de dossiers en droit des affaires. Le candidat devra préparer la documentation, collaborer avec une équipe juridique et assurer le suivi réglementaire et des communications. Une excellente connaissance des lois sur les sociétés et une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais sont nécessaires.
