Location: We offer office flexibility with availability in our Flossmoor, Oak Brook or Downers Grove offices and can provide hybrid work from home flexibility

• Trial preparation assistance, including strategy discussion, discovery, records reviews, client interviews and witness preparation
• Research, both legal and factual investigation
• Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions
• Answer written discovery requests
• Analyze and summarize legal documents
• Attendance and/or assistance at depositions, hearings and other court matters
• Case analysis and strategy

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Ability to handle multiple projects and understand the importance of deadlines
• Takes initiative on projects
• Pays attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office
