Project Assistant

NOTES: Hybrid work from home 2 days per week.

Project Assistant| Mid-Size Law Firm | Silicon Valley Our prestigious mid-size litigation law firm client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Assistant for their Silicon Valley office. The Project Assistant will provide assistance to a team of attorneys, secretaries and/or paralegals on various projects that include data organization, research, special project filing, and other projects as assigned.

• Takes direction from attorneys, paralegals, or secretaries regarding assigned filing and projects.
• Provides assistance with the organization and indexing of files.
• Assists in assembling binders for client and/or attorney review.
• Reviews, sorts, and distributes emails, documents, and research materials to team members.
• Retrieves materials for attorneys, paralegals, or secretaries as requested.
• Assists with the organization of files for off-site storage.
• Ability to lift boxes.
• Assists in the progress of client invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Basic typing skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.

• College Degree
• Recent graduates to 3 years of experience
