LONGSHORE HARBORS WORKERS' COMPENSATION & DBA ATTORNEY

Long Beach | Torrance | San Diego

A well-established Defense law firm with multiple office locations is seeking to expand their Insurance Defense team with a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney experienced in Longshore Workers Compensation and Defense Based Act, 3rd Party Insurance Defense, handling matters in Maritime and Admiralty Law, Federal LHWCA, cruise lines, shipping and cargo.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience in handling cases and filing claims; depositions;
  Section 905(b); representing employers, insurers, claims administrators; litigation experience preferred
• Strong academic, oral and written communication skills
• Licensed in CA

Salary ranges for junior associates starting from $130K-$160K, DOE, to mid-level $150K-$170K+. This is a daily in-office role with flexible work-from-home days; benefits package, paid parking.
