Remote Labor Law Legal Assistant US Law Firm

We are looking for a skilled Employment & Labor Law Legal Assistant based in Latin America to support a mid-size U.S. law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals who already have experience working with U.S. law firms and are ready to deepen their exposure to the U.S. legal system while working fully remotely.

In this role, you will become a trusted operational partner to attorneys and paralegals, contributing directly to employment and labor matters and growing your career within a stable, long-term legal environment.

• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to U.S.
  
  -based employment & labor law attorneys

• Assist with case management related to employment disputes, workplace policies, and compliance matters

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and internal records

• Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, and internal legal workflows

• Communicate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and opposing parties

• Maintain accurate and well-organized digital case files and documentation

• Support attorneys with general litigation or pre-litigation tasks related to labor and employment law

• Required: Prior experience working with U.S. law firms in a legal support role

• Experience in Employment & Labor Law is highly desirable

• Advanced English level (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with U.S.
  
  -based legal teams

• Professional communication skills and comfort working directly with attorneys and clients

• Previous BPO experience is not required

• 100% remote role with long-term stability
