Our client, a well‑established family law firm with offices in Markham, the GTA, and Mississauga, is seeking a motivated Family Lawyer to join their team remotely. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ontario while being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment. • Manage a diverse family law caseload, including divorces, custody and access matters, child and spousal support, and other family‑related legal issues.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and represent them effectively in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, agreements, and court materials with attention to detail.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate updates regularly.
• Collaborate with other lawyers and staff to ensure smooth case management and exceptional client service.

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario with experience in family law.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining regular communication with the team.
