• Handle all phases of construction defect litigation from inception through resolution
• Represent general contractors, construction managers, design‑builders, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, engineers, and sureties
• Manage insurance defense matters related to construction defect claims
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions; take and defend depositions
• Work directly with clients and carriers to develop efficient, strategic case plans
• Independently manage a caseload while meeting partner-level billing expectations

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Minimum 8 years of construction defect experience required
• Strong background in Florida construction law and insurance defense
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
• Client‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
