A well-established and highly respected Florida-based construction defect law firm is seeking a Junior Non-Equity Partner‑level attorney to join its Construction Defect practice.
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced construction defect attorney with 8+ years of focused experience, ready for a partner-level role. Remote work capability is essential to this position.

What you’ll be doing :- Handle all phases of construction defect litigation from inception through resolution
- Represent general contractors, construction managers, design‑builders, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, engineers, and sureties
- Manage insurance defense matters related to construction defect claims
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions; take and defend depositions
- Work directly with clients and carriers to develop efficient, strategic case plans
- Independently manage a caseload while meeting partner-level billing expectations
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum 8 years of construction defect experience required
- Strong background in Florida construction law and insurance defense
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
- Client‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
NOTE:
For candidates with 20+ years of construction defect experience, a higher level of partnership may be considered, depending on background and fit.
- $165k–$180k base salary with a three‑tier bonus structure based on billable hours
