As a Senior Loss Mitigation Attorney / Senior Repossession Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
- JD from an accredited law school
- MS Bar license
- 8+ years of professional experience as an attorney
- Experience handling a volume of MS foreclosures and default related business (bankruptcy, loss mitigation, etc) within the last 24 months. We are NOT looking for a real estate closing attorney
