Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We're seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice, assisting clients with Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Probate/Trust Administration, and Elder Law (Medicaid, Guardian ships, etc.).

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually
  • Paid Time Off
  • Additional benefits to be discussed during interview
Location & Schedule
  • Primary office located in Fishers, Indiana
  • Regular travel to satellite offices in Rockville and Wabash required (Standard is twice per month.)
  • In-office position (remote work not available)
  • Standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Work-life balance focused:
    No expectation of working beyond business hours

Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in any field
  • For candidates with prior attorney experience: willingness to embrace our firm's established processes and procedures
  • Salary within the stated range will be determined based on directly relevant estate and elder law experience
