A boutique Canadian tax law practice is looking for two experienced tax lawyers to work on a part-time, independent contractor basis. Candidates will handle corporate and international tax planning as well as tax litigation. Responsibilities include advising on tax matters, drafting documents, and collaborating with lead counsel. Strong analytical skills and experience in tax law, especially in blockchain and cryptocurrency, are preferred.

Remote work may be considered depending on arrangements.
