Job Title:
Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (Remote – Missouri Licensed)
Position Overview:
A growing Missouri plaintiffs’ personal injury firm is seeking a motivated and client-focused Attorney licensed in Missouri to handle a docket of injury matters from intake through resolution. This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, strong support staff, and the opportunity to advocate for injured individuals across Missouri.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and/or litigation personal injury matters
- Conduct client intake meetings and provide ongoing case updates
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
- Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances (as required)
- Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in trial when necessary
- Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with firm deadlines
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Excellent client communication and case management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
