Due to the growing business and its complexity, our Private Equity Investment Structuring team is looking for a motivated Paralegal with responsibilities in the legal structuring and fund formation team.

• Incorporate investment vehicles mainly in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions.
• Coordinate service level agreements and onboarding processes for all new investment structures with both internal and external service providers.
• Update relevant legal documentation (offering documents, simple agreement updates, service provider RFPs, etc.) to ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory and tax regimes.
• Update the internal database with information on all Private Equity investment vehicles.
• Administer internal management committees.

• Paralegal education or at least 2 years of relevant experience as paralegal (e.g., apprenticeship within a top‑tier legal firm, trust company or bank).
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken;
  German is a plus.
• Concise and diligent working style.
• Great team‑player with ability to work independently.
• Proactive worker with experience in a dynamic and international work environment.
