Our growing plaintiff‑side asbestos litigation practice is seeking an experienced and driven attorney to join our team in Collinsville, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to do meaningful work on behalf of seriously injured clients while maintaining work‑life balance in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

You'll handle asbestos matters from intake through resolution, working closely with seasoned litigators who take pride in strong advocacy, teamwork, and mentoring.

This role offers substantive responsibility, a manageable caseload, and the ability to truly build expertise in complex toxic‑tort litigation.

What You'll Do

+ Manage a docket of plaintiff‑side asbestos cases

+ Collaborate on case strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation

+ Take and defend depositions; work with experts and co‑counsel

+ Communicate directly with clients, providing clear guidance and compassion

+ Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial as appropriate

What We're Looking For

+ J.D. from an accredited law school

+ Active Illinois bar license required

+ Missouri license strongly preferred

+ Prior experience in asbestos, toxic tort, or complex litigation preferred

+ Strong writing, advocacy, and case‑management skills

+ Plaintiff‑mindset with a passion for client advocacy
