A law firm seeks a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join their team in Florida. This fully remote position offers flexibility for attorneys based anywhere in the state. The firm is looking for a motivated litigation attorney with at least two years of experience. While prior experience in workers' compensation is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Duties- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
- Strong desire to transition into workers' compensation law.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
