A leading IP firm in Canada seeks a Patent Law Legal Researcher & Writer as a remote independent contractor. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong legal research and long-form writing skills, with a particular interest in intellectual property law. Responsibilities include identifying relevant legal materials, drafting narrative texts, and maintaining indexes. This fixed 8-month engagement offers an hourly rate of $30-$35 based on experience, requiring up to 30 hours of work weekly.
