Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (Remote – Missouri Licensed)

Position Overview:

A growing Missouri plaintiffs’ personal injury firm is seeking a motivated and client-focused Attorney licensed in Missouri to handle a docket of injury matters from intake through resolution. This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, strong support staff, and the opportunity to advocate for injured individuals across Missouri.

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and/or litigation personal injury matters
• Conduct client intake meetings and provide ongoing case updates
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances (as required)
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in trial when necessary
• Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with firm deadlines

• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
