• Provide legal advice on issues affecting the Surgical Technologies business unit.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including Sales, Services, and Software Subscription.
• Advise Compliance on issues related to healthcare professional interactions and regulatory compliance.
• Implement internal processes and assist in dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with various functional teams across the organization.
• Support business development with legal insights.
• Communicate effectively with management and outside counsel.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• 10+ years of professional legal experience in relevant fields.
• Expertise in contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
