• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys on family law matters, including:
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case documentation
• Maintain direct communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Organize and manage digital case files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Assist with court hearings and trials when needed
• Translate legal documents and interpret for Spanish‑speaking clients as required

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in family law
• Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal – in both languages
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
