What You’ll Do
  • Manage immigration cases from document collection to filing
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
  • Prepare petitions, forms, and supporting documentation
  • Draft forms, cover letters, affidavits, and evidence summaries
  • Coordinate and track client document collection
  • Maintain organized digital case files
  • Track deadlines and government correspondence
  • Flag risks and delays proactively
What You Bring
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years in legal or professional services
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to manage deadlines
  • Professional judgment and discretion
  • Spanish proficiency (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in immigration law or USCIS casework
  • Familiarity with immigration petitions
  • Experience with case management software
Compensation & Benefits
  • Wage Range: $23–$30 per hour/year (Based on Experience)
