- Manage immigration cases from document collection to filing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Prepare petitions, forms, and supporting documentation
- Draft forms, cover letters, affidavits, and evidence summaries
- Coordinate and track client document collection
- Maintain organized digital case files
- Track deadlines and government correspondence
- Flag risks and delays proactively
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years in legal or professional services
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English/Spanish)
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Spanish proficiency (preferred)
- Experience in immigration law or USCIS casework
- Familiarity with immigration petitions
- Experience with case management software
- Wage Range: $23–$30 per hour/year (Based on Experience)
