We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Legal Services Lawyer. Reporting to the Director Relationship Manager Corporates, this full‑time and permanent position is based in our Amsterdam office and offers local coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Corporate business and its growth.

You will provide a full range of legal advice and services.

In your day‑to‑day activities you will work with a tight team of Legal professionals on the same portfolio as you are, along with dedicated financials and relationship managers. You will work together to ensure high client satisfaction, solve complex questions and provide a full range of corporate services. In addition you will be able to spar with experienced legal team members on other portfolios and expand your knowledge and grow together.

• Prepare and/or review the resolutions, agreements, power of attorney and other documents related to legal transactions and coordination with third‑party service providers;
• Coordinate, review and prepare the legal documentation for approval and adoption of financial statements as well as coordination of assistance of auditor;
• Identify the compliance risks and share with Client lifecycle team;
• Handle daily management of client entities and corporate legal matters under supervision of a manager or Senior Legal Services Lawyer and in accordance with Dutch corporate law and regulations;
• Maintain client files properly, through timely and accurate drafting, reviewing and revising corporate legal documentation;
• Provide timely and accurate administration and coordination of deadlines of corporate legal matters in cooperation with Senior Legal Services Lawyer or manager;
• Identify the legal and fiscal aspects, queries and issues of client structures and proposed transactions and consult with third parties for advice if needed;
• Proactively communicate (verbal and written) with clients, shareholders, advisors and other relevant parties concerning legal matters;
• Build and manage professional business relationships with clients.

• Structured, detail‑oriented person with a high focus on quality and client satisfaction;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English language, verbal and written;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Sound knowledge of Book 2 Dutch Civil Code and basic accounting knowledge;
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in providing legal support in a corporate environment;
• Experience in managing and advising (international) clients;
• Completed Master in Law (Dutch Law with emphasis on company law, notary law or fiscal law).
