Managing Attorney – Remote | DUI Defense Firm; NY​/NJ

The Kugel Law Firm is a different type of criminal defense law firm, and we are looking for a new member of our team.

This role:
We are looking to fill the role of a managing attorney. This role oversees our "of counsel" and per diem attorney cases. Takes a big picture approach to strategy of the cases. Writes notes and directions for covering attorneys to effectuate the firm’s strategy. Handles client contact including email drafting, phone calls, going over plea offers, speaking to prosecutors. Occasional court appearances in person and/or virtual required though it would not be the main focus of this role.

This would be a great role for an experienced lawyer who loves handling clients and cases but maybe doesn’t want to run around as much or someone who value working from home while still getting to be involved in litigation.
