Legal Assistant in Major Law Firm | Real Estate Litigation

YOUR ROLE:

As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to the firm's lawyers specializing in real estate disputes. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents and court procedures related to real estate litigation (e.g., complaints, petitions, defenses);
  • Managing legal deadlines and ensuring compliance with procedural timelines for active cases;
  • Drafting and modifying letters, contracts, and other legal documents related to real estate matters;
  • Preparing supporting documents for litigation files;
  • Collaborating with lawyers and other assistants on various administrative and legal tasks;

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • DVS Secretarial Studies with legal specialization or DCS in Office technology with a legal specialization or any combination of relevant training/experience;

  • Litigation experience required;
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook);
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and professionalism.
