LEGAL ASSISTANT (Corporate Department) - Calgary, AB

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced intermediate Legal Assistant with a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Corporate law. Intermediate to Senior candidates are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will independently manage the daily activities of her/his lawyers in their Corporate practices. The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be collaborative, professional, adaptable, positive and interested in their work.

Work Environment

Standard hours of work are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional pre-authorized overtime may be required to meet client needs. Hybrid remote work arrangements are available with requirements as per business needs for onsite office support. The successful candidate must live in or around Calgary, AB and be able to commute to the office as often as required. While this is a hybrid role, the majority of the work may be onsite.

Fasken Calgary has a mandatory requirement of three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days remote, work permitting. In-office requirements are subject to change, based on business needs as determined by the Firm’s management.
