Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Attorney based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Attorney will manage diverse caseloads, conduct legal research, draft briefs, analyze cases, and provide client counsel. Responsibilities will include preparing for and representing clients in trials, depositions, and mediations. The candidate will also supervise and mentor junior attorneys, assist with complex case strategies, and ensure compliance with legal standards and guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, and motions
  • Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and brief writing
  • Excellent client counseling, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida
  • Experience in areas such as commercial litigation, personal injury defense, maritime claims, or similar legal fields
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior legal professionals
  • Commitment to ethical practice and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
