Remote Senior Worker's Attorney

Position: Workers' Compensation Attorney - New Jersey (Remote)

My clients is seeking an attorney to handle Workers' Compensation defense litigation. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work on substantive matters while maintaining flexibility.

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense matters
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Draft motions, briefs, and related filings
• Attend hearings and mediations (virtually when possible)
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients in a remote environment

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission for at least 5 years
• Workers' Compensation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Fully remote. Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, PA, DE, or WV.
