The TD Legal Department is comprised of corporate/commercial and litigation lawyers and law clerks with varying areas of expertise tailored to meet the legal needs of the Bank’s various business units. The Legal Department is committed to delivering to its clients the highest level of expertise, service, responsiveness and flexibility.
Reporting to Senior Counsel, Employment Law, for TD Bank Group, the articling student will be an important member of the Canadian Legal Department. This is a challenging position that will work closely with many members of the Canadian Legal Department.
