Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

Our client is a growing, defense-focused law firm expanding its Workers’ Compensation practice in the Southeast. With an established foundation and strong operational support, the firm is strategically looking to add an attorney who brings both experience and an existing client base.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity designed for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants more autonomy, better economics, and the ability to scale their book within a supportive firm platform.

We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney licensed in Georgia or Florida who brings a portable book of business.

• Manage and grow an existing book of Workers’ Compensation defense clients
• Handle litigation from inception through resolution
• Maintain and develop relationships with carriers, TPAs, and employers
• Participate in business development and cross-selling efforts

• Active Bar license in GA or FL (required)
• 5+ years Workers’ Comp Defense experience preferred
• Demonstrated portable book of business
• Strong relationships with carriers and/or self-insured employers
• Trial experience preferred
