• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and amendments prior to execution by management
• Provide counsel to business unit leadership regarding contractual and regulatory issues
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and court opinions
• Assist with risk management and litigation issues alongside outside counsel
• Respond to inquiries from customers and business partners

• Juris Doctorate (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable legal experience
• Membership in the North Carolina bar
• Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate law
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately under tight deadlines

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate law or contract negotiation
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for legal documents
• Excellent analytical reasoning, organizational, and time management skills
• MBA degree preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats
