This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator - REMOTE. This role focuses on drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts with medical facility-based customers. Additionally, it involves managing the company’s intellectual property, including trademarks and patents. The Contracts Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring contracts are compliant and meeting business needs, thereby supporting the overall strategic direction of the organization.
Accountabilities- Review and redline contract language to conform with acceptable terms and conditions, BAA, NDA, GPO, MPA, ISA, Rental Agreements and more.
- Manage multiple priorities with urgent deadlines.
- Create and maintain a contracts playbook for consistent responses.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and cross-functional teams to maintain a suitable contracts strategy.
- Exhibit excellent decision‑making skills to resolve conflicts in negotiations.
- Provide reporting to senior management on high‑level contract issues.
- Serve as an internal point of contact and expert for contract management systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing the company’s trademark and patent portfolios.
- Oversee the filing, maintenance, and renewal of trademarks and patents.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on trademark issues.
- Lead the preparation and filing of trademark and patent applications.
- 5+ years’ experience with commercial contract preparation, drafting, redlining, and negotiation.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in contracts or intellectual property.
- Contract Management Certification or Paralegal certificate required.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in independent problem‑solving and creative solutions.
- Experience with trademark and patent processes is a bonus.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 USD.
