Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Attorney based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for managing and preparing cases, advising clients on immigration law and compliance, and preparing documentation for a variety of immigration matters. Responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, staying updated on changes to immigration policies, and providing strategic counsel on visa applications and other immigration processes.
Qualifications- Local to Los Angeles, CA
- 2 to 5 years of Experience working with EB-5, EB-1 or other Business immigration cases
- Commitment to client advocacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
