We are currently seeking a Manager, Lawyer Advancement to join our People & Culture team based in one of the firm’s six offices (Halifax, Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Charlottetown or St. John’s).

Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:

As Manager, Lawyer Advancement, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our lawyers. In this role, you will facilitate fair and transparent milestone evaluations and promotion processes, support Partners in delivering meaningful feedback, and guide pathways to advancement throughout the lifecycle of the lawyer.

You bring 5–8 years of experience in lawyer development or talent management, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the judgment to manage sensitive matters with discretion. A JD or LLB is an asset.
