A leading biotechnology firm is seeking a Senior Counsel - Biotech Patent Attorney to develop and execute a global intellectual property strategy. This role involves working closely with scientists to identify patentable inventions, analyzing patents, and drafting and prosecuting patent applications worldwide. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in patent law within the biopharma sector and excellent analytic and communication skills.

This position offers flexibility with remote and onsite working options in California.
