Prior experience working in a managing clerk’s office of a mid to large-sized law firm is a huge plus.
- Organize and maintain the calendar with all relevant court dates and deadlines.
- Produce weekly and monthly calendar reports for the firm management.
- Provide recommendations on ways to improve calendar software and related scheduling processes.
- Oversee and manage complex legal documents and processes for cases that span a wide range of areas.
- Conduct research on filing procedures and local rules to ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
- Create and maintain a firm resource guide, assisting with docketing related questions.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

- This position is approved to work from home two days a week.
- Experienced. You have a minimum of five (5) or more years of law firm litigation docketing experience and strong familiarity with Compu Law.
- Legal knowledgeable and meticulous. You have a strong understanding of court orders, rules, protocols, and procedures, and can readily apply your knowledge to daily responsibilities.
- Solutions oriented. You take the initiative and can be trusted to get the job done, valuing responsiveness and production of high quality of work.
- Technologically gifted. You easily operate all applications of the MS Office suite and other legal docketing software.
- Polished and professional. You are an excellent communicator who can effectively and efficiently provide updates regarding current and upcoming events.
