Position: Paralegals and Legal Assistant – AI Trainer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90 – $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and annotate legal documents to improve AI understanding and accuracy.
- Conduct legal research, review case facts, and analyze records to provide context for AI training.
- Work with legal and AI teams to refine datasets and ensure legal accuracy in outputs.
- Draft and review affidavits, contracts, briefs, and related legal materials for training and validation purposes.
- Organize and maintain electronic legal records supporting ongoing AI model development.
- Participate in testing processes and provide feedback to enhance AI model performance.
- Communicate insights and findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal support role.
- Strong skills in legal research and preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic legal filing and document management systems.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating across teams.
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology and innovation.
