The Junior Associate will support the firm in various legal operations, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case preparation. Responsibilities include client consultation, developing and managing case files, and collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy. This is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's client-focused approach while developing their legal expertise.
Qualifications- Strong legal research and writing skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in document review, drafting contracts, and case preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited institution and active membership or eligibility to practice law in Florida
- Familiarity with estate planning and real estate law is a plus
- Commitment to ethical legal practice and client service excellence
