• Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including risk management and due diligence
• Advise on and negotiate transaction agreements such as confidentiality agreements and letters of intent
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review potential business ventures and partnerships
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively address potential legal issues

• J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
• At least 3 years of active legal practice experience; 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Corporate transaction and contracting experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

• Healthcare transactional experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
