Business​/Commercial General Litigation Attorney

Our client, a well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its San Diego office as part of an expanding team focused on Business and Commercial General Litigation.

Ideal candidates will have general litigation and defense experience in California, with familiarity handling Commercial General Liability (CGL) defense cases. Candidates should be capable of managing cases from start to finish with general supervision. The firm is looking for motivated self-starters with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.

Experience with catastrophic loss cases is a plus.

The compensation range for associates is $140,000 to $220,000, depending on experience and years in practice, with the potential for annual performance-based bonuses.

The firm offers a hybrid work model and provides an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The billable hour requirement for associates is 1850 hours. Attorneys are offered competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) plan with partial matching, and eligibility for discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
