We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court. Labor & Employment Attorney Requirements:

• 7+ years litigation experience
• Experience or interest in Labor & Employment law (Plaintiff or Defense)
• Experience in whistleblowers, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, workplace investigations preferred but not required
• Experience in written discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitrations preferred
• Pre-trial and/or direct trial experience in state and federal matters
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Strong academic background ABA
  - Accredited Law School
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial environment
• Licensed in CA in good standing
