Company Lawyer / Legal Corporate Officer

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

1-year fixed term, before permanent

Hybrid

Ensuring that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations

Assisting with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures;

Assisting the clients’ client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance

Enabling the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;

Keeping the records of the client entities up to date

Supporting in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders such as advisors, authorities, etc.

Strengthening and sustaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services

Acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations

A minimum of 2-4 years of working experience within the trust, financial services industries, and/or law firms.

Corporate secretarial background.

Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
