We are looking for a remote Attorney with Commercial Litigation experience for a US based client

Rate: R32,000 - R40,000 per month

Our agency recruits specialised legal professionals for US law firms. We are currently placing South African admitted attorneys with strong commercial litigation backgrounds into long-term remote paralegal support roles.

This is a role focused on high-level litigation support work rather than court appearances, offering exposure to sophisticated US disputes while working from South Africa.

Successful candidates will be embedded within US legal teams, assisting attorneys with complex commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
• Prepare legal correspondence and attorney memoranda
• Conduct detailed legal research (US federal & state law where applicable)
• Review and analyse contracts and commercial agreements in dispute
• Manage document review
• Prepare case chronologies, summaries, and litigation bundles
• Support deposition and trial preparation
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
• Collaborate directly with US attorneys and paralegals

• Admitted Attorney in South Africa (LLB + completed articles)
• Dedicated experience in commercial litigation
• Excellent English drafting ability
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to work US hours consistently
• Reliable fibre internet and professional home office setup
