This remote role requires a BS in engineering or physics and at least 2 years of claim drafting and prosecution experience. You will handle patent preparation, draft opinions, and manage client relationships. Excellent communication skills are necessary. All fees are covered by client firms, and confidentiality is guaranteed.

Offices may be located on the East Coast, West Coast, or Central.
